The Genocide Memorial of the Greeks of Pontus was designed by the artist Panagiotis Tanimanidis and is dedicated to the memory of the 353,000 Greeks of Pontus, victims of the Genocide. it is 7.10 meters high and is made of stainless steel and has brass details. It is a work of modern art, an impressive arch with the title “Pyrrhic Flight”.
